A regimented Campaign Planning Study is imperative in helping a nonprofit develop its fundraising plan. The Bradley Associates Campaign Planning Study focuses on numerous key questions, which need answering before moving forward, including:

Verify that the Capital Campaign is practical, has merit and that the dollars to be expended will produce significant results.

We will recommend a campaign goal based on the interviews and our experience in the Western United States.

Determine the impact of a Capital Campaign on your annual giving.

Design a chart of giving for your campaign and supply you with an achievable financial objective.

Develop the shortest critical path and calendar, which will allow for production of maximum results, taking into consideration the scope of the program, probable size of the prospect list and the special characteristics of the appeal.

Recommend the precise timing for all phases of the effort and specific suggestions for an orderly sequence of preparatory steps. Major accomplishment deadlines will be established within the total time frame.
